What you want to do is print your title in medium bold letters, write your report paragraph to convey your message in 10seconds. For Tv ads you wouldn't touch your cable company, but the channel business you would like to advertise on. For example Cbc, Fox 29, Tsn Sports, A&E and so on. To advertise on the radio you would just touch your local radio station and speak the man who handles advertisement. Again these methods do cost a little more than the other forms of adverising, but if you have the money and would like to try it out just to see how affective it would be, then by all means.
Loacal Newspapers
This is a recipe used by nearly all businesses when they start off, it's cheap and reaches a lot of population within the city. Another added benefit is all these newspapers have websites and in the classified section you can also find your ad there. Not every newspaper within your city is going to bring you in the same revenue, some bring in more than others. So the best thing for you to do is find out which paper attracts more population to your site and keep printing ads in that paper. If you print in the newspapers that aren't attracting population to your site, then you are wasting money. And as you know that's not the goal of any business start up. So when starting, test different newspapers but cut out the one's that are not affective.
Internet Marketing
Free ad websites such as craigslist.com are the cheapest way to advertise and can bring in a fair amont of population to your site. It is easy as going onto the site , clicking on the type of business you own and posting a brief report about it. A confirmation link will be sent to your email address and once you click on it your ad will be posted live on the site. Google is Another form of internet marketing, and a lot of companies say its the best form of advertising. It is said about 2 million population crusade on Google for something everyday, so it would be to your benefit to advertise on it's crusade engine. Google has this marketing program called AdWords for entrepreneurs who would like to advertise their business and products. In brief, AdWords allows you to select positive keywords that are relevant to your business.
For example if you own a bike shop business your keywords will include: mountain bikes, Bmx bikes, helmets, bikes gloves, tire pumps and the like. Once you have superior your keywords they will be implemented into Google's crusade engine. When population crusade on Google using one of your keywords, your ad may appear next to the crusade results. Now you're advertising to an audience that's already interested in you.
